Cleaning Products You Should Never Mix at Home

Bleach and ammonia

This mix happens more than people expect, because ammonia shows up in places the front label does not always flag, including some glass and multi-surface sprays. It also happens around pet areas, since urine contains ammonia, so bleaching a litter box tray without rinsing first creates the same reaction.
