These Terms and Conditions apply when you book a service with Clover House Cleaning.

Quotes and pricing. Online quotes are estimates. The final price is confirmed before your booking is finalized, with no hidden fees.

Scheduling and cancellation. You may reschedule or cancel at no charge with at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Access. You are responsible for providing safe access to your home at the scheduled time. If our crew cannot access the property, a fee may apply.

Satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied, notify us within 24 hours and we will re-clean the affected area at no cost.

Liability. Our crews are insured and bonded. Please secure valuables and fragile items before your appointment.
